In the research of satellite orbit dynamics, Li Jisheng discovered the perturbation of attitude control force of three-axis stabilized satellites in low orbit on satellite orbit, and established the corresponding dynamic model, which improved the orbit determination accuracy. China satellite TT&C precise orbit determination system is established to meet the orbit determination accuracy requirements of various satellites in China. The monograph "Precise Orbit Determination of Satellites" has promoted the research of satellite orbit dynamics in China. In the satellite TT&C project, the design idea of "modular automatic scheduling" of satellite TT&C software system is put forward, and the TT&C scheduling software and TT&C plan generation software of the first geosynchronous communication satellite "Dongfanghong II" in China are designed and developed.

During the period of 1979, Li Jisheng studied the abnormal phenomenon that the perigee height of the low-orbit three-axis stabilized satellites launched by China is increasing, and found that the attitude control force of such satellites interfered with the satellite orbit. According to the attitude control mechanism of China LEO satellite, the research on "Orbit Perturbation of Attitude Control Force of Three-axis Stabilized Satellite" is completed, and the dynamic model of Orbit Perturbation of Attitude Control Force of Three-axis Stabilized Satellite is established, which fills the blank of dynamic model in China, quantitatively explains the reasons of abnormal orbit change and improves the orbit determination accuracy.

In 1970s, aiming at the design of TT&C satellite application software, the innovative design idea of "modular automatic scheduling" was put forward, and the design and development of automatic scheduling software for near-earth satellites were completed, which improved the standardization, generalization and automation level of TT&C satellite software and greatly reduced the workload of software development. In 1984, the automatic scheduling software of Dongfanghong-2 satellite and TT&C plan generation software are developed. Dongfanghong-2 satellite is the first geosynchronous communication satellite developed and launched in China (namely "Project 3 1"), and the TT&C process is complicated. At that time, there were only computers with low performance in China. The successful operation of the software ensures the successful completion of the "Dongfanghong II" satellite measurement and control project, which indicates that China has mastered the measurement and control technology of complex satellites. This achievement won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award.

During the period of 1993, Li Jisheng completed the research on "precise orbit determination of TT&C center of Xi satellite" and established the precise orbit determination system of TT&C center of China satellite. The system includes almost all known dynamic factors that affect satellite motion. Using the orbit measurement data of TT&C network of China satellite, the orbit determination accuracy is improved by 2- 10 times for different types of satellite orbits. Using the global laser ranging data from China to calculate the coordinates of the earth's polar shift, the accuracy reaches 5. 13 milliangular seconds (about 16 cm), and this achievement won the first prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Commission for National Defense. In the TT&C mission of the "Ziyuan-1" satellite launched in June1999+1October 14, China, the system was used to determine the orbit, which made the determination accuracy of the semi-long axis of the orbit better than 3m, far higher than the requirements of the overall scheme, ensured the accuracy of the calculation of the orbit control parameters and the calibration of the satellite orbit control, and made it possible to determine the semi-long axis of the orbit. This system has become the most important orbit determination means in China's satellite TT&C mission, and is widely used in orbit calculation of geosynchronous, sun synchronous and low-orbit satellites launched by China. Orbit determination system has also become a powerful tool to analyze the errors of orbit measurement equipment, and has played an important role in finding and correcting the errors of China satellite measurement and control equipment.

Personal life

1971April, my wife Yu and her mother-in-law returned to Chongqing from Jinan, passing through Weinan, with their eldest daughter who just turned full moon. Li Jisheng, who had just stepped out of the "Practice No.1" mission, rushed to Weinan Station exhausted and fell asleep at the hostel, almost forgetting to pick up the station.

Yu graduated from university and is also the technical backbone of the unit. In order to take care of her family, she helped Li Jisheng contact her job in Chongqing several times. But Li Jisheng couldn't bear to give up his career and never transferred to another school.

When Li Jisheng's eldest daughter was born, she had a laparotomy. Before the operation, it was signed by Yu's sister. Before the birth of her second daughter, Yu came to work at the foot of the Qinling Mountains. The doctor on duty in the hospital is Li Jisheng, who is preparing for the scientific experimental satellite. He brought spare parts for the hospital in a hurry. I heard that it would take two or three hours to make it, so he went back to the computer room by car.

My youngest daughter was born 40 days ago, and Yu's maternity leave has expired. She left her 40-day-old daughter to Li Jisheng to raise, which was the most tense period for Li Jisheng and his colleagues to calculate the orbit of recoverable satellites. He lets his mother-in-law look after him during the day and takes care of himself at night. After feeding the child once and washing diapers, he squatted on the table beside the bed and deduced the formula of track data.

Yu's mother has been living with Yu. The old lady likes sweets. Every time Li Jisheng is on a business trip, she will bring her a few Jin of Jing Tao Su. The old lady likes scissors very much. When Ji Li left Japan, she specially brought her a pair of oriental scissors, which the old lady kept for more than ten years.

Li Jisheng likes historical novels very much. He bought a lot and prepared to read it when he was free in the future.
