Shi Guangzhu, male, Han nationality, from Malong County, Qujing City, Yunnan Province, was born in 1963, joined the army in 198 1 year, joined the party in 1984+0, and retired from the post of deputy political commissar of the 77283rd Army in June 2005. He has successively won the first class merit 1 time, the second class merit twice and the third class merit twice, and was awarded the honorary title of "first class combat hero" by the Central Military Commission 1984. 1990 was awarded the title of "National Model of Self-improvement" by the General Political Department, the National Organization Department, the Ministry of Personnel, the Propaganda Department and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and was jointly selected as "Top Ten Outstanding Persons in China" by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the China Foundation in 2006.
