Main responsibilities:

(four) to co-ordinate the establishment of a social security system covering urban and rural areas, and organize the implementation of urban and rural social insurance and its supplementary insurance policies and standards; Make overall plans for the basic old-age insurance policies of government agencies and institutions, and formulate measures for the management and supervision of social insurance and its supplementary insurance funds jointly with relevant departments;
(five) responsible for employment, unemployment, social fund forecasting and early warning and information guidance; Formulate response plans, implement prevention and control, and maintain the stability of the employment situation and the overall balance of insurance funds.
(six) to implement the national, provincial and Suihua policies on the distribution of wages and income, welfare and retirement policies of personnel in government agencies and institutions; To formulate, jointly with relevant departments, opinions on the implementation of the reform of the wage and income distribution system for personnel of government agencies and institutions in this county; The establishment of organs, enterprises and institutions staff normal wage growth and payment guarantee mechanism.
