What is the foundation building period?
Refining qi, refining qi, is to refine the essence and blood of the body into true qi; building the foundation, opening up the meridians of the whole body, cutting off the hair and cleansing the marrow, is the basic way of cultivation; the golden elixir stage is a method of Taoist cultivation process, cultivation.
One of the realms, it often represents the threshold of cultivation. If you step into the golden elixir, you will be one of the immortals, and you can get rid of the reincarnation of grains in the mortal world.
The Nascent Soul stage is a stage of cultivation, and cultivation includes two types: first: rotating illumination, consecration, fusion, heartbeat, spiritual silence, Nascent Soul, out-of-body, distraction, integration, transcending tribulations, Mahayana, and ascension.
Second: consecration, bigu, elixir, golden elixir, Yuanying, out-of-body, distraction, fusion, tribulation, great success, and ascension.
Extended information: Ancient Chinese Taoist alchemy is divided into inner elixir and outer elixir.
Waidan is an elixir smelted from various minerals and plants. In "Journey to the West", the golden elixir of Taishang Laojun that Sun Wukong secretly ate is Waidan, which is mostly used to treat illnesses, save people, and improve spiritual practice.
The golden elixir cultivated in the golden elixir stage is the inner elixir.
To practice Neidan is to use the human body as a furnace, use the essence and energy in the body as medicine, and use the spirit to refine it. Taoism believes that condensing the essence, energy, and spirit can form a holy fetus, and then you can be reborn and become an immortal.
Taoists often say that the golden elixir is the Great Way, which means that after cultivating the golden elixir stage, you have obtained the great way.
The Nascent Soul of Taoist practice is also called the Tao Fetus. First, the Great Zhou Tiantong opens and closes, then the three parts of the body open and close, the central channel appears, the three flowers gather on the top, the elixir is formed, and the three fields nurture the baby.
In the Dantian, it is as if a fertilized egg begins to divide, slowly turning into an embryo and a little baby.
There is a saying called "three years of parenting".
It's actually the time it takes for an embryo to grow into a child.
This child is actually another human body, which can be called the Dharmakaya. Let me talk about it here. In the process of cultivation, due to different realms, the Dharmakaya needs to be replaced many times. It can be said that the Dharmakaya needs to be replaced every time you reach the first level of heaven.
Therefore, people need to raise babies many times to practice cultivation.
The human body is a machine that becomes a dummy in the world. The Buddhists call it the physical body.
This dummy is actually a Dharmakaya. It can eat, drink, and hold things. This is also a magical power, but it is a relative term.
When a person cultivates the Dharmakaya, he can do things different from other people in this world, which is the supernatural power of this world.
The person at this time is called a real person.
