1. To apply for the registration of private fund managers, a legal opinion on the registration of private fund managers shall be submitted.

2. For products that have been registered but not put on record, a legal opinion on the registration of the private equity fund manager shall be submitted when the first product is put on record.

3. Special legal opinions on major changes of private equity fund managers shall be submitted when major changes are made.

4. Other conditions shall be implemented according to the requirements of the Association.
