The qualification examination for fund practitioners mainly examines the basic knowledge and professional skills necessary for fund practitioners. The examination covers seven basic knowledge, including fund industry overview, laws and regulations and professional ethics, investment management, operation management, sales management, internal control and compliance management, and internationalization. The personnel of the qualification examination for fund practice are mainly those who are engaged in fund sales within the fund management company or who want to engage in this profession.
Fund qualification examination includes three subjects, one is fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms. The second section is the basic knowledge of securities investment funds. Subject 3 Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds. Candidates are eligible to be registered as fund practitioners if they pass the examination of subject 1 and subject 2, or pass the examination of subject 1 and subject 3. If the basic subjects and any two professional subjects are qualified, they will obtain the first-class qualification certificate of securities business.
