You can log on to Kunshan Labor and Social Security Network/and go to Kunshan Social Insurance Fund Management Center, which is this website/(if you can point it out, you can click this directly), then click "Personal Information Inquiry" in "Information Inquiry" and enter the 8-digit social security number (if yours is 6 digits, add 00 in front) and 18-digit ID number. Click enter, and you can see your social security details. You can check whether it is available this month. If it is, it has not been returned. But I've been checking, and there's nothing in the system for 2009. You'd better ask the Social Security Department of People's Hospital.
