According to the guiding spirit of the CPC Central Committee on broadening employment, choosing jobs and starting businesses, China College Students' Entrepreneurship Fund aims at caring for, supporting and subsidizing college students (including those who have returned from studying abroad) to start businesses and realize their dreams, and undertakes a series of activities such as public welfare activities of the Chinese College Students' Entrepreneurship Lecture Hall initiated by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. The Ministry of Education and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League are co-sponsored by the United Front Work Department, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Based on the website of China College Students' Entrepreneurship Fund, the online database of college students' entrepreneurial projects is established, which directly meets the needs of enterprises and provides more opportunities for college students' entrepreneurial employment.
