The process for receiving China Life’s survival benefit is as follows: 1. The beneficiary of the survival insurance benefit needs to apply for receiving the survival insurance benefit.

2. Prepare the identity certificate of the beneficiary of the survival insurance fund, which is usually the insured person himself, and also the survival certificate of the insured person (not the same person as the beneficiary of the survival insurance fund).

If the insured is a minor, the guardian should provide proof of identity and relationship.

If entrusting another person, a power of attorney and proof of identity of the trustee are required.

3. Submit the received information to the offline insurance company customer service center and wait for review by the insurance company.

4. If the reception conditions and time are met, the survival fund will enter the bank account within 3 working days.
