(1) All freshmen admitted to two or more colleges and universities in 9 counties and 5 townships in southern mountainous areas of Ningxia (including Yuanzhou District, Pengyang County, Xiji County, Jingyuan County, Longde County, Tongxin County, Yanchi County, Hongsibao District, Haiyuan County, Renxin, Haochuan Township in Zhongwei, Xu Tao Township in Zhongning County and Ningmin Town in Yongning County) will be rewarded and funded.
