According to the regulations, the general open-end funds in China need to stipulate the maximum number of fund income distribution and the minimum proportion of each fund income distribution in the fund contract and prospectus, and at the same time, it is required that the net value of fund shares after fund profit distribution should not be lower than the face value (A and D errors).
