Hosted the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Education’s Research Fund for Returned Overseas Students, the National Science and Technology Achievements Transformation Fund, and the Ministry of Agriculture’s Public Welfare Industry Special Project. Mainly include "Molecular mechanism and control technology of specialization of crop aphid transmission route", "Detoxification and non-toxic seedling rapid propagation and detection technology of important fruit trees", "Molecular mechanism of etiology and pathogenicity of wheat blue dwarf phytoplasma" Research" and "Screening and Application of Plant-derived Antiviral Drugs". Published more than 120 papers. He edited "Principles and Methods of Plant Virology" and participated in the compilation of "Molecular Evolution of Microorganisms".

Achievement awards: ① The "Screening and Development of Polyhydroxydinaphthaldehyde Plant-derived Virus Inhibitors" completed by the host won the first prize of the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Award issued in February 2007. ② The "Research on the Transmission Pathways and Mechanisms of Aphid-Borne Virus Diseases and Prevention and Control Technology Systems of Major Crops in Shaanxi" that he presided over won the second prize of the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Award issued in March 2004.
