(A) the manager registration process

1, registered account 2, whether the fund industry association is a member 3, fill in the member representative information 4, register the administrator 5, fill in the basic information of the administrator 6, and the association will handle it. Complete the registration through publicity within 20 working days.

After the private investment fund manager completes the registration, the fund industry association will handle the corresponding membership procedures for the managers who have not yet become members of the association. If one of the following three situations is found, the registration shall be suspended:

1. The senior management of the applicant institution is prohibited from taking office according to the Company Law;

2. The applicant institution, actual controller and senior management personnel have been subjected to administrative punishment by the financial regulatory agency or are under investigation in the last three years, or have been subjected to major administrative punishment by the industrial and commercial and tax departments in the last three years, or have other major records of dishonesty.

Being recorded by the China Securities Regulatory Commission or banned from the market;

3. The registration materials submitted by the applicant contain false records, misleading statements or major omissions.

(B) Private placement fund filing process

1. The administrator logs into the system. 2. Fill in the basic information of the fund. 3. The association completes the filing through publicity within 4 or 20 working days.
