Founded on 20 14, Chuanglian Public Welfare Foundation is a non-profit non-public organization spontaneously organized by Mr. Lu Foming. The foundation aims at charitable activities, not for profit, and promotes the development of public welfare undertakings by subsidizing public welfare activities such as helping the poor and helping students.
