Article 12 Enrollment system: School enrollment is conducted under the unified organization of the enrollment committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and the provision that "schools are responsible for enrollment and supervision" is implemented.
Thirteenth enrollment ratio: the enrollment ratio is determined according to the situation of students in each province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) and controlled within 1.20% of the enrollment plan.
Article 14 Admission principle: The principle of "voluntariness and professionalism" shall be implemented based on the results of the unified examination.
For candidates who enter the file, they usually have to meet their first professional volunteer first. Those who can't meet their first professional volunteer will be selected according to the order of their professional volunteers, according to the candidates' benchmark scores and physical conditions, and with reference to the relevant single subject level. Under the same conditions, priority will be given to those with high grades in major-related subjects or major subjects.
When the professional volunteers can't be fully satisfied, the candidates who are subject to professional adjustment will be transferred to other majors according to the candidates' scores from high to low and taking into account the scores of single subjects. Candidates who do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.
Fifteenth "English (Q bar)" major only recruits candidates whose foreign language is English in the school, and other professional foreign languages only offer English courses. Candidates who apply for English major have a full score of 100, which is generally not less than 60 points.
Article 16 Principle of withdrawing files: The school may consider withdrawing files for those who failed to report to our school due to political problems, disobedience to professional adjustment, admission to our school in previous years, health reasons and other reasons. In addition to the special majors, the school's requirements for the physical health of candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities and relevant supplementary provisions.
Seventeenth "art design" professional admission rules:
Candidates majoring in art design, whose scores in cultural courses have reached the art admission scores specified by the provinces where the candidates are located, have passed the professional examinations. According to the proportion of 40% of the scores of cultural courses and 60% of the scores of professional courses, and referring to the comprehensive quality, specialties, rewards and punishments of candidates, the best candidates are selected.

① Candidates in Henan Province use the scores of the provincial unified examination of specialized courses;

Article 18 After the admission, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education, our school will announce the admission results to the public in time on the enrollment website of North China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower.
Article 19 There is no restriction on the proportion of male and female students in all majors admitted to our school.
Article 20 Candidates who have been recognized and publicized by the provincial entrance examination authorities and have been included in the college entrance examination scores (Q bar) and enjoy the bonus policy shall, in principle, be recognized by our school and admitted according to the relevant provisions of the province.
