The main funding content includes an international round-trip travel and scholarship living expenses, in which scholarship living expenses refer to the basic living expenses of students sent by the state to study abroad, including: meals, accommodation, transportation, telephone charges, books and materials, medical insurance, communication fees, one-time resettlement fees, and pocket expenses.
For a few people who are studying for doctoral degrees in first-class foreign universities and majors, if their disciplines and majors are really in urgent need of the country and it is difficult to obtain foreign tuition assistance, especially humanities and applied social sciences, tuition assistance can be provided, but joint training of doctoral students cannot apply for tuition assistance, specifically in accordance with the Measures for Tuition Assistance for Public Postgraduates in National Construction of High-level Universities (Trial).
It should be noted that tuition assistance is not simply to provide tuition support to those who have not received tuition assistance from abroad. Its selection criteria and requirements are strict, and it needs an interview.
