On 2010 June 2 1 day, the One Foundation Public Welfare Research Institute of Beijing Normal University was officially announced. This is the first research institution jointly sponsored by universities and non-profit organizations in China, specializing in public welfare theory research, public welfare personnel training and public welfare policy consulting services. The Public Welfare College will launch the enrollment and teaching of the Senior Master of Management (EMPA) for the first time in China. On October 20 12 1 month, One Foundation Public Welfare Institute of Beijing Normal University was renamed as China Public Welfare Institute of Beijing Normal University.
