Being injured belongs to others' intentional injury, not to the scope of medical insurance reimbursement, and medical insurance cannot be reimbursed. If the circumstances are relatively minor, the public security organ may mediate and deal with acts that violate the administration of public security, such as fighting and damaging other people's property caused by civil disputes.
