Not a state-owned enterprise. Shenzhen Genesis Machinery Co., Ltd., referred to as Taiqun Seiki, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Genesis. Founded in 2005, it is a national high-tech enterprise integrating intelligent equipment R&D, production, sales and service.

The national manufacturing fund invested in Shenzhen Genesis, which means that Shenzhen Genesis has been supported and recognized by the state to a certain extent. This does not mean that Shenzhen Chuangshi is a state-owned enterprise, and the investment behavior of the national manufacturing fund does not mean that the state directly owns and controls the company.
