Rushan Kangqiao Lanwan Community has been able to apply for a housing permit. Buildings 20, 2 1, 22, 23, 24 and 25 of Kangqiao Lanwan Community can apply for real estate registration certificate. The relevant registration matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Pay off the arrears, issue purchase invoices and pay the handling fee in full.

2. Exchange the original receipt or invoice for the official invoice of the total house payment.

3. The owner needs to pay the maintenance fund, deed tax, license fee and other expenses.
