Founded in August 2008, the school is a primary school for the children of migrant workers in Shanghai, which is undertaken by Shanghai Nongbo Industrial Co., Ltd. The school has two campuses (Huacao Campus and Wang Ji Campus), with nearly 3,000 students, 70 classes and 60 faculty members/kloc-0 (including part-time teachers). All the funds for running a school are supported by the government, and students enjoy the same compulsory education treatment as students in Shanghai.
