The payment standards of housing maintenance funds are completely consistent everywhere. At present, there are two national standards:

Category I: 2% of the transaction price (or transfer price).

Category II: Expropriation according to construction area. 50 yuan/m2 -80 yuan/m2.

The basic situation of payment is basically the same throughout the country, and the latest standard is 20 16, as follows:

Mainly according to the size of the area and whether it is the first time to buy a house:

1. Deed tax on first-time house purchase: within 90 m2 1%, within 90 m2 1.5%, exceeding 144 m2 or 3% for the first time;

2. Pay the maintenance fund at about 2% of the house price.
