1. In order to protect investors' rights and interests, investors can call the Central Clearing Company to check the balance after handling the over-the-counter bond business (the day after the current bond trading transaction, after the listing trading day of the issuance and renewal subscription).

2. Individual customers can open bond custody accounts in counter channels and e-banking channels; Corporate customers must open a bond custody account at the counter of the business outlets.
