In order to solve the disadvantage of resource-based economy and promote the transformation of resource-based economy in Shanxi Province, with the consent of the State Council, the National Development and Reform Commission formally approved the establishment of "Shanxi National Resource-based Economy Transformation Comprehensive Reform Experimental Zone".
