Student financial aid refers to the use of property by all sectors of society to help students. It is manifested as a kind of economic support, that is to say, what the sponsors provide is some kind of money and something that can be measured by money, which is an economic support, not a moral help. Therefore, any form of funding requires the sponsors to invest a lot of money for free, and any form of funding includes economic subsidies paid by the sponsors.

Usage rules:

Funding only subsidizes students' tuition, miscellaneous fees, living expenses or part of them, that is, funding is generally mainly used for the necessary expenses during students' study, and it is not allowed to be used for other purposes. But funding is not an ordinary social charity activity. It faces a specific object. Under the premise of certain screening, the donee must pass the screening and have certain qualifications, and this screening is often not one-off.

Before September 30th of each year, students shall apply to the school according to the basic application conditions of national grants stipulated in these Measures and other relevant regulations, and submit the basic application conditions of the Application Form for National Grants for Ordinary Undergraduate Colleges and Higher Vocational Schools:

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws, and abide by school rules and regulations;

3. Honesty and trustworthiness, excellent moral quality;

4. Study hard and make positive progress;

5. The family has financial difficulties and lives frugally.
