1. The Chamber of Commerce can use four plots to build four kinds of buildings: TV Tower, Racecourse, Opera House and Exhibition Hall, which are not only beautiful in appearance, but also radiate a wide range of blocks and bring relatively more people.

2. The construction cost shall be paid by the Chamber of Commerce Fund. On average, each member only needs a little expenditure to bring huge benefits.
