The shareholders' meeting is the highest authority of the company. The company has a board of directors, consisting of five directors and two supervisors. The general manager is responsible for the daily management and various administrative affairs of the company within the scope authorized by the board of directors, and the deputy general manager assists the general manager.

According to the needs of the company's business development and the principle of organizational optimization and flat management, the company now has three departments: research and development department, operation and maintenance department and comprehensive management department.

A series of indexes will be launched according to the CSI index planning and customer demand. Two fund companies have launched the Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 Index Fund, and five fund companies use the Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 Index as the benchmark for performance comparison.
