China Asset Management Association is responsible for organizing the fund qualification examination. The examination subjects include Subject 1, Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Standards, Subject 2, Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds and Subject 3, Basic Knowledge of Private Investment Funds. The examination time for a single subject is 120 minutes.

Fund qualification examination subjects:

1, subject 1 "fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms": you need to remember the basic knowledge points of investigating the basic laws and regulations and professional ethics of the fund industry;

2. Subject 2 "Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds": There are many calculation questions, and candidates need to cultivate comprehensive application abilities such as calculation and analysis.

3. Subject 3 "Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds": there are many laws and regulations, few professional terms and concepts, and they are easy to understand.

Among the above subjects, subject 1 "Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Standards" is the examination subject, and subjects 2 and 3 are optional subjects.
