If the fund cannot be redeemed, it may be that the fund has suspended trading. After the suspension of trading, the Fund cannot conduct subscription and redemption transactions, but the Fund operates normally during the suspension of trading.

Reasons for suspending fund trading:

1. Control the growth scale of the fund. The bigger the fund, the better. Because the management ability of fund managers is limited, in order to avoid idle funds, the fund size will be controlled by suspending subscription.

2. The stock held has undergone major changes, and the transferred stock may fluctuate greatly, and the Foundation will suspend redemption.
