Legal analysis: social insurance cannot be fully transferred. If the social security is transferred, only the individual payment account will be transferred, and the company payment will be included in the national pension fund. If the insured person handles the transfer of social security relations, he shall go through the relevant formalities at the social security institution of the insured place.
Legal basis: Article 50 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Contract Law. The employing unit shall issue a certificate of dissolution or termination of the labor contract at the time of dissolution or termination, and go through the formalities for the transfer of files and social insurance relations for employees within 15 days.
