Reits funds are REITs funds, which can be purchased by fund companies or third-party agencies, such as Tian Tian Fund, Payment, WeChat, JD Finance and other platforms. It can also be purchased on the brokerage platform, and any securities company can buy it.

Fund companies and third-party institutions can only buy newly issued reits, and reits that invest in overseas markets can buy (QDII funds). Reits funds that have been issued can only be purchased through the brokerage platform, and reits funds can only be purchased if they are listed and traded on the stock exchange.
