Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Computer Science from Princeton University.

In 2005, he joined McKinsey Company again as a senior consultant, responsible for formulating and implementing the development strategy of social welfare in Greater China.

1996-2003, served as the CEO of Chen Cheng Culture and Education Foundation and Huayu Culture and Education Foundation. Hundreds of social welfare undertakings in China (mainland China and Taiwan Province Province), Nepal and India have been funded through the Foundation.

During this period, we raised US$ 6,543.8+million, sponsored/hosted more than 50 projects, produced several documentaries with a total circulation of over 6,543.8+million, hosted radio programs, accepted nearly 654.38+000 TV media interviews, held more than 654.38+000 lectures in Greater China, and published 6,543.8+000.

1992 and 1995 served as McKinsey consultants, mainly responsible for assisting multinational enterprises to formulate Asian strategies. Previously, he worked as a financial analyst in Tullis-Dickerson medical private equity fund in the United States.
