The Dream Realization Fund adheres to the concept of "honesty, doing good, cultivating virtue, and realizing dreams", and will be used for the country's charity work of helping those in need, helping the poor, assisting students, and providing elderly care, and promote the harmonious progress of Chinese society.

The main scope of project implementation is to support poor and vulnerable groups to realize their dreams of getting out of poverty, help poor students realize their aspirations for school, participate in emergency relief and disaster relief, and provide assistance to special vulnerable groups in need.
