You can follow the following process:

Application conditions

(a) commercial personal housing loans for the purchase and construction of housing loans;

(5) The collateral before and after the loan must be the same collateral; (6) The borrower meets other relevant conditions stipulated in the detailed rules for the implementation of the loan.

Original and photocopy of required information

(a) the purchase contract and purchase invoice for applying for commercial personal housing loans;

(2) Commercial individual housing loan contract;

(3) Written proof of the balance of the applicant's commercial personal housing loan at the end of last month;

(four) the "real estate certificate" or "Xuancheng real estate mortgage registration certificate" of commercial personal housing loan mortgage;

(five) the applicant and his spouse's identity card, marriage certificate, household registration book and other valid documents; (six) other information required by the city housing provident fund management center and the loan bank.

Application procedure

(a) the applicant holds the above information to the city housing provident fund management center or county management department (hereinafter referred to as the center) to apply;

(two) the center meets the requirements after examination, and the housing provident fund loan text is issued;

(3) The applicant shall prepare relevant materials as required and submit them to the Center together with the completed loan text;

(four) after the approval of the center, determine the loan amount, term, interest rate and mortgage method, and issue the "Xuancheng housing provident fund individual housing entrusted loan notice";

(5) The applicant signed the Housing Provident Fund Loan Contract and the Mortgage Contract in the entrusted bank with the entrusted loan notice and relevant materials;

(six) the applicant holds the housing provident fund loan contract and mortgage contract to the real estate management department for mortgage change registration or mortgage transfer registration;

(7) The Center shall issue a transfer check based on the Housing Provident Fund Loan Contract and the mortgagee's certificate of change of registration, and return the principal of the commercial personal housing loan owed by the applicant.

Loan amount, term and interest rate

(a) the loan amount is the remaining amount of commercial personal housing loans, accurate to "points";
