Wu,/kloc-0 was born in March, 1964. His ancestral home is Putuo, Zhejiang Province. He is the dean of the School of Mathematical Information, the leader and professor of applied mathematics at Zhejiang Ocean University, a postdoctoral fellow at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a postdoctoral fellow at Anjjiaotong University, and a part-time doctoral tutor at Anjjiaotong University.
