2. China Disabled Persons' Federation is a national enterprise group for disabled persons, which is composed of representatives of all kinds of disabled persons and disabled workers in China, and is referred to as China Disabled Persons' Federation. 1988 March 1 1 was formally established in Beijing. It was established on the basis of China Association for the Blind and Deaf (established in 1953) and China Welfare Foundation for the Disabled (established in 1984).

(a) to publicize the cause of the disabled, appeal to the society to understand, respect, care and help the disabled, and encourage the disabled to be self-respecting, confident, self-reliant and self-reliant;
