If the unit is in arrears or underpaid, it can complain to the management department of the local housing provident fund center. Materials required for preparation include: (1), original and photocopy of ID card; (2), social security list, (you can go to the social security fund management center to print); (3) The Notice of Tax-related Confidential Information is printed by the local taxation bureau at the county level; (4) The payroll card flows in the bank. If we don't pay the bank's running water, our recovery amount will easily be less; (5) Labor contract (resignation certificate), salary slip, labor dispute ruling and other related materials.

Legal basis:

Article 38 of the Regulations on the Management of Housing Provident Fund is one of the ways to start the recovery procedure. As long as the unit fails to pay or underpays the housing provident fund within the time limit, the provident fund center can recover it ex officio.
