Vice President of China Middle East Society, Director of China-Arab Friendship Association, Director of China Foundation for International Studies and Academic Exchange, and Vice President of Shanghai Institute of International Relations; Communication Research Fellow, Royal College of Jordan, Communication Research Fellow, Arabic College of Egypt. 1965 has been teaching in Shanghai and abroad since then. 1978- 1980 countries sent delegations to Cairo University for further study. Editor-in-chief of the Arab world since 1980. He has served as director of Arabic Culture Research Office (1980- 1984), deputy director of Arabic Language Department (1984- 1987) and director (1987- 1996).

I have been teaching for nearly 40 years and have taught many undergraduate and graduate courses. 1988 promoted to professor, 1998 served as doctoral supervisor.
