1 first, report to the special fund management center of the housing management department, declare the reasons for use, and fill in the form.

2. Then go to the owners related to the maintenance project to collect opinions on the use, and at least two-thirds of the owners sign and agree to use the maintenance fund.

3. Submit the owner's opinions, description of maintenance parts and maintenance plan to the fund management center. The fund center conducts on-site investigation, technical review and budget review of the maintenance plan.

4. After passing the audit, the property management company will arrange maintenance.

5. After the maintenance is completed, submit the related bills and the budget table approved by the fund center to the fund center for reimbursement of related expenses.
