First of all, you paid the housing provident fund in Beijing. Unless the housing provident fund is transferred to the area where you want to buy a house, you can't use Beijing's housing provident fund loan to buy a house in the field.

To apply for withdrawal of provident fund, you should first apply in the unit, and then go to the class of provident fund management center for withdrawal after approval by the unit. The required procedures include: application for withdrawal of provident fund sealed by the unit, rental contract, rent invoice and personal ID card.

The conditions for people who can withdraw housing provident fund are:

(a) the purchase, construction, renovation and overhaul of owner-occupied housing;

(2) retirement;

(three) completely lose the ability to work, and terminate the labor relationship with the unit;

(4) Having left the country to settle down;

(five) to repay the principal and interest of the owner-occupied housing loan;

(six) the rent expenditure exceeds 5% of the family wage income;

(seven) living in difficulties, is receiving the city minimum living allowance;

(eight) the occurrence of unexpected events, causing serious difficulties in family life;

(nine) the termination of labor relations between migrant workers and units;

(10) Being sentenced to death, life imprisonment or fixed-term imprisonment, and reaching the statutory retirement age of the state after serving his sentence;

(eleven) dead or declared dead;

(12) Other circumstances stipulated by Beijing Housing Provident Fund Management Committee.
