1. If you buy a fund with too much loss, you can appeal. The court will determine the allocation of losses as appropriate, and the seller of the fund has the obligation of investor appropriateness in the sales process.

2. If the seller fails to do this and there is no evidence to prove that the buyer's investment loss is at fault, he shall be liable for compensation.
