The measures for the management of special property maintenance funds in Changchun City (OrderNo. Changchun Municipal Government 16, hereinafter referred to as the "Measures") will be officially implemented from 20 1 1, and now the standard matters for the deposit of special property maintenance funds for new properties implemented by the Measures are notified as follows:

First, the deposit standard of the first-phase special maintenance funds for new properties in our city shall be calculated and published regularly by Changchun Housing Security and Real Estate Management Bureau according to the changes of the construction and installation costs of properties in our city.

2. According to the calculation, the specific amount of special maintenance funds for the first phase of 20 1 1+0 new commercial housing is as follows:

(a) multi-storey commercial housing (including single villas) is 95 yuan/square meter;

(2) Small high-rise and high-rise (above and including 7 floors) commercial housing is 125 yuan/m2.
