2. Acceptance content

The main contents of the acceptance of innovation fund projects include:

(1) contract implementation progress;

(2) the completion of economic and technical indicators of the project;

(three) the results of the research and development projects of the innovation fund;

(4) the implementation and use of funds;

⑤ The overall development and changes of the enterprise before and after the project implementation.

3. Acceptance procedures

The undertaking enterprise shall, within two months after the expiration of the project contract, submit the acceptance form and floppy disk of the innovation fund project signed by the recommending unit to the management center.

(2) After receiving the acceptance form and floppy disk of the innovation fund project, the management center will review and accept the completion of the innovation fund project in three ways: written review, entrusted local science and technology commission review and field review organized by the management center, and fill in the acceptance opinions according to the project situation.

(3) After examination, the management center will pass the acceptance of the projects that have completed the contract objectives and related requirements on schedule, and allocate the fund balance agreed in the contract; Conclude projects that basically complete the contract objectives, and allocate or reduce the fund balance agreed in the contract as appropriate; Projects that fail to complete the contract objectives and have a big gap will not pass the acceptance, and the fund balance agreed in the contract will be stopped.
