"Capital account", also known as "TA account", refers to the account set up by the registration agency for investors to manage and record the changes in the variety and quantity of investors' funds, and it is recorded under this account regardless of the channels through which investors handle it.

"Fund trading account", referred to as "trading account" for short, is an account opened by fund sales organizations (including direct selling and consignment agencies) for investors, which is used to manage and record the changes in the types and quantity of funds traded by investors in the sales organizations. For example, when investors buy Huafu Competitive Fund in different sales organizations (such as China Construction Bank and Bank of Communications), there will be several trading accounts, but there will always be only one fund account.
