Second, the conditions for enjoying maternity allowance
Workers who have participated in maternity insurance for a total of one year are still insured during production (abortion) and enjoy maternity insurance benefits according to relevant regulations.

4. Apply for maternity allowance
Maternity allowance and one-time maternity grants shall be applied to the social insurance agency by himself or his client, and the following materials shall be submitted:

Female employees of state organs and other employers whose wages are borne by the government do not enjoy maternity allowance when giving birth or terminating pregnancy, and their wages during maternity leave are paid by the employer as usual.
