Taking the EMBA of Antai School of Economics and Management of Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an example, the EMBA of Shanghai Jiao Tong University focuses on cultivating leadership and sets courses around the identification, generation, expansion, consolidation, reflection and application of leadership.

Students’ leadership is identified through the opening modules; students’ leadership is generated, expanded and consolidated through the reasonable allocation of methodology modules, management practice modules, SJTU characteristic modules and international modules.

Among them, Jiaotong University's characteristic modules include three major integrated projects, the "Innovation+, Internet+, Finance+" module, and the university-integrated "Jiaotong University Inquiry" module; the graduation module reflects and applies students' leadership.
