Han Shouxun's affection fund was initiated and established by Comrade Han Shouxun, former deputy commander of Jiangsu Armed Police Corps. The fund orientation is used to help and reward Lianyungang students in Ning and Lian, and to provide temporary assistance to Lianyungang villagers in Ning when they encounter major changes.
