Catalog of municipal administrative licensing projects in Nanchang City (reviewed and approved by the 43rd executive meeting of the Nanchang Municipal People's Government on November 1, 2006 and published by Order No. 115 of the Nanchang Municipal People's Government on November 17, 2006) in accordance with the "People's Liberation Army and the People's Government of the People's Republic of China"

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the National Administrative Licensing Law and the reform of the administrative approval system, the municipal government has conducted a comprehensive review of the administrative licensing projects of various departments in our city.

Through the clean-up, our city has retained 450 administrative licensing items.

Among them, there are 281 administrative licenses set by laws and regulations; 97 administrative licenses set by decisions of the State Council; 29 administrative licenses set by provincial and local regulations; 36 administrative licenses set by municipal local regulations; provincial government regulations

7 temporary administrative licenses have been set.

For reserved administrative licensing projects, the Municipal Review and Reform Office must effectively strengthen the supervision of implementation and do a good job in follow-up work.
