Settlement process

The first step is to confirm the intention to settle in: it will take about 1 working day to explain the preferential policies of Sanya Asia-Pacific Fund Town, clarify the registration requirements of fund enterprises, explain the advantages of the town and Sanya's financial preferential policies; Step 2, fill in the application for settlement: assist the enterprise town to write the application for settlement and explain the requirements in detail, which will take about 1 working day;

Step 3: Risk control of South Nuclear Power Station: The risk control department of Sanya Asia-Pacific Town conducted an investigation, including company due diligence and personal adjustment to verify the qualification. The customer supplements relevant materials, and the risk control department signs the opinions of the South Nuclear Power Station, about 1 working day;

Step 4, South Core of the Management Committee: submit the relevant materials for the enterprise to settle in, and the management Committee of Sanya Service Industrial Park, the competent department, will report it to South Core for about 1 working day;

Step 5: sign an agreement: sign an Asia-Pacific financial settlement agreement, clarify the responsibilities and service contents of Taiwan, and provide office facilities and property services in the town for about 1 working day;

Step 6, industrial and commercial registration: It takes about 5 working days for the enterprise to provide industrial and commercial registration materials and assist the enterprise to register with the Sanya Department of Nanfang Daily;

Step 7: Engraving: After industrial and commercial registration succeeds, submit it to the Public Security Bureau for filing, 3 working days per month;

Step 8: Open a bank account: according to the requirements of the competent authorities, assist enterprises to choose designated banks to open basic account in Sanya and set up fund-raising accounts. The financial office will regularly check the fund dynamics of the account to prevent financial risks, about 5 working days;

Step 9, tax registration: it takes about 1 working day to obtain tax invoices for enterprise registration;

Step 10, report to the Financial Office: submit the information of the settled enterprises to the competent authorities for the enterprises, and carry out the service work according to the feedback from the competent authorities.
