The steps to unfreeze are as follows: 1. Open Alipay APP and enter "Yue Bao".

2. On the upper right side of the Yu'E Bao homepage, click the small book page icon to enter the Yu'E Bao details.

3. On the Yu'ebao details interface, select "Freeze" in the filter function to view the frozen amount and reasons.

If it is frozen due to BiBiZan, the funds need to be unfrozen.

Enter "Bibizhuan" in the search box of Alipay earnings to search.

Enter the BiBiZan service and click the unfreeze option on the upper right.

Enter the amount of unfrozen funds and click OK.
